Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy – Furnivisual
This policy is a supplement to the Store Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

1. General Information

All products offered by Furnivisual are digital interior visualizations created individually based on Client Materials and the selected ready-made room.
Due to the digital and customized nature of these services, the refund and cancellation rules are as follows:

2. Business Clients (B2B)

  1. For business Clients (B2B), liability under warranty is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  2. Refunds or cancellations are generally not accepted. Business Clients may report claims regarding:
    • non-delivery of the Product,
    • defects in the materials.

  3.       The Seller ensures that the delivered Product complies with the agreed specifications. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the Product.

3. Consumer Clients (B2C)

  1. Due to the nature of the Service (custom digital product), the right of withdrawal expires after:
    • submission of complete Client Materials, and
    • commencement of the Service with the explicit consent of the Client, given by ticking the appropriate checkbox during order placement.
  2. Before these conditions are met, the Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of placing the order.
  3. Once the Service has begun, refunds are generally not available. In cases of non-compliance with the agreed specifications, the Seller will first attempt to bring the Product into compliance (e.g., by providing a corrected version). Only if compliance is impossible or excessively difficult will a refund be considered.
  4. Claims regarding non-compliance of the digital Product with the contract can be submitted via email to: office@furnivisual.com
  5.       The Seller will review the claim and, if justified, provide a corrected version of the Product or, if necessary, a refund in accordance with point 3.

4. Delivery Issues

  1. If the Client does not receive the Product due to technical issues (e.g., incorrect email address), they must notify the Seller immediately at: office@furnivisual.com
  2.        The Seller will resend the Product after verifying the order details.

5. How to Withdraw (B2C)

To exercise the right of withdrawal before the Service begins:

  1. Send an email to: office@furnivisual.com
  2.        Include the following information:
    1. order number,
    2. order date,
    3. your contact details.
  3. The Seller will confirm the withdrawal and terminate the order.

6. Exceptions

  1. This policy does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  2. Any disputes arising from non-compliance of the Product with the contract will be resolved in accordance with the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
